| Please select your country at the top-right of the screen. I thank you for choosing Uni-edit. This document outlines the procedure to work with Ozy to have your document edited or translated. These procedures are for customers in the UK and Europe.
Step 1 Send Ozy an email to ozysmile@gmail (or ozy@uni-edit.net) to provide advance notice about your paper. Please include the subject area and length of the paper. I can always accept your paper, but advance notice helps me to provide a faster turnaround. Please send the near final version of your paper. Uni-edit prefers not to receive updates of your paper during the editing process.
Step 2 Decide on which service you require: English editing Level 1, English editing Level 2, English editing Level 3 or thesis editing. If you think the English is poor and may require rewriting, please explain this to Ozy.
Step 3 Decide if you would like the Target Tutoring service.
Step 4 Decide if you would like the Content Ideas service.
Step 5 Send Ozy an email that includes: - the attached paper in Word format and other files, eg. figures and tables. Please send the near final version of your paper. Step 6 Ozy will reply to your email within 12 hours confirming the job, all the details and the fee. Please check the confirmed details are correct and reply to Ozy. Receive your translated or edited document(s) Step 7 Ozy will email you the edited document on or before the deadline. If you haven't received the documents and the deadline has passed, please contact Ozy.
Step 8 Most edits are made directly to the text, and you can accept or reject each individual edit using Word track changes functionality. Where the Editors were not sure of your intended meaning, they will insert a Word comment and type the word CHECK. You should review each comment and make changes to your paper where necessary.Targeting Tutoring (TUTOR) and Content Idea services (IDEA) are also provided using Word comments. Generally, you will not need to communicate with Uni-edit about the edits in your papers. However, if you would like assistance understanding the editing service provided, please contact Ozy.
Step 9 Please send Ozy an email to confirm you have received and can open the edited paper(s).This is to avoid delays associated with blocked emails. Payment and tax invoice Step 10 After receiving your edited paper, please make payment. There are two accepted payment methods. You can pay by PayPal or credit card (using PayPal). To pay by credit card, go to www.uni-edit.net. PayPal is the world’s most reliable credit card payment system on the internet. You will receive a receipt of payment.

Step 12 You may like Uni-edit to edit the paper again, of parts of it, after you have revised it. Uni-edit offers heavy discounts for the 2nd round of editing of a manuscript. Example: A journal paper of 3000 words for Level 2 editing and Target Tutor: Cost per 100 words: 5.50 +1.30 = US$6.80 Total Editing Fee: 3000/100 x 6.8 = US$204 Additional services - Express jobs for English editing are completed in 48-72 hours and attract a 50% additional fee. - Papers that have many diagrams or very complex diagrams will attract an additional fee.
